FEATURES

It features remarkable elasticity that allows the product to be used for items that are susceptible to mechanical vibration. The kit can be applied on thick coatings, so it is indispensable when filling in significant dents. It does not crack, even when applied on large surfaces; soft, so it can be easily applied and processed. It has a high thermal resistance (from -30 to 80 ° C). Due to its good adhesion it can be used even on galvanized steel. The product contains two components: a kit (pigments and fillers in a saturated polyester resin) and a hardener.

Kit Profi 100 parts
Hardener for polyester kit 2-2.5 parts

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Carefully mix components according to their ratio. Apply on cleaned and degreased surfaces. Apply layers with a thickness of 4-5 mm with a spatula. Once you have applied one coat, wait for a while to harden. If you treat an aluminum surface, you must first matt it with a non-woven cloth.
Caution: Do not apply PROFI Kit at temperatures below 10 ° C.
Recommended: Pre-grinding - P80 - P120. Last grinding - P120 - P240
Color: dark beige
Cleaning of instruments: acrylic diluent or nitro diluent.

DRYING TIME

About 20 minutes at 20 ° C. The drying time can be shortened if a temperature of 60 ° C is maintained for about 10 minutes.
