FEATURES

The permissible thickness of the coating is 180 microns, obtained after 2-3 times the low pressure spraying, with a nozzle with a diameter of 1.8-2 mm at a working pressure of 1.2-2 atm. (0.12-0.2 MPa). Do not use high pressure guns because of the bigger losses as well as from an environmental point of view. You can use a spray at a high pressure of 3.4 atm.

PURPOSE

To fill small cracks that occur during the overlay of putty layers, as well as to adhering surfaces before painting.

MIXING RATIO

Acrylic primer HS: 5 parts
Hardener: 1 part
Formulation: 45-60 minutes at 20 ° C

DIREIOS FOR USE

Prior to application, carefully mix the components in a 5: 1 ratio. To obtain the required density, use a thinner for acrylic products in a quantity of 5-10%.
The drying and curing time of the primer is 3-4 hours at 20 ° C (depending on the thickness of the layer). 10 minutes after applying the last layer, you can harden the coating with a higher temperature. Do not use at temperatures below 10 ° C.
Colors: white, yellow, gray, black and red.

DRYING TIME

Processing can begin after 3-4 hours of drying at 20 ° C or after 35 minutes of drying at 60 ° C.
