Description:

The universal kit is designed to fill the roughness of the surface before painting. It is produced by a vacuum process based on a high-quality polyester resin and special components, thanks to which the product acquires the necessary qualities.

FEATURES

The universal kit is characterized by a fine grained consistency and medium elasticity. It is relatively rigid, has good adhesion to painted or unpainted surfaces. The product is easily applied and easy to remove, has a high thermal resistance (from -30 ° C to 80 ° C). Not recommended for large surfaces. It contains two components: a kit (of unsaturated polyester resin) and a hardener. Not recommended for direct use on galvanized steel.

Caution: Do not apply directly onto primers, single-component acrylic or nitrocellulose products.

MIXING RATIO

Universal whale 100 parts
Hardener for polyester kit 2-2.5 parts

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Carefully mix components according to their ratio. It is recommended to use a whale dispenser. Apply on cleaned, degreased and level surfaces. Apply a 3 mm thick layer with a spatula. Once you have applied one coat, wait about 5-10 minutes for the thinner to dry. If you treat an aluminum surface, you must first matt it with a non-woven cloth.
Caution: Do not apply the universal kit at temperatures below 10 ° C.

DRUING TIME

About 20 minutes at 20 ° C. The drying time can be shortened if a temperature of 60 ° C is maintained for about 10 minutes.
