Description:

A powder product specially developed for filling plasterboard joints without tape. Excellent adhesion to most surfaces: plaster, plasterboard with rounded or thinned edges, concrete, cement, aerated concrete, bricks and terracotta. Excellent smoothing ability. Layer thickness - up to 2 cm per layer.

Technical definition:

This powder filler is specially formulated for interior rounded edge plasterboard jointing. It can also be used for filling tapered edge plasterboard joints with a jointing tape. Also suitable for filling smoothing, sealing and decoration.

Composition and appearance:

Plaster based filler containing calcium carbonate, resin, cellulose fibre and various additives. The ready mix is white.

Accepted substrates:

Any type of interior substrate. Plaster, plasterboard with rounded or thinned edges, plaster tiles, concrete cement render, breeze blocks, cellular concrete, bricks, earthenware blocks.

Covering: 

Once completely dry, may be covered with any type of paint, plaster base filler, paste fillers, wallpaper glue, etc. Tiling adhesives must be suitable to the plaster substrates.

• Particle size: fine. • Adherence: as per NFT 30 608. • pH: neutral. • Start of hardening: 50 min. • End of hardening: 1 h 10 min. • Tension: 3 N/mm2 . • Compression: 7 N/mm2 . • Product certified in conformity with DIN 1168.

Storage:

12 months in unopened original packing protected from damp.
