Description:

Product  for jointing plasterboard with pointed edges in combination with jointing tape. Specially developed for applying in warm weather with an open working time of up to 4 hours after preparing the mixture.

Technical definition:

CE 78 2h is a powder filler designed specifically for jointing tapered edge plasterboard in combination with a joint tape. 2 hours mix pot life.

Composition and appearance:

Powder filler based on plaster, calcium carbonate, resin and various additives. The obtained paste is white.

Suitable substrates:

All types of plasterboard with or without insulation (glass wool, rock wool, polystyrene) with tapered edges and paper face.

Covering:

• Primer undercoat for plasterboard • Plaster-based smoothing filler.

Documents to be consulted:

• DTU 25.41 and 25.42. • Certificate QB N° 311-16-732. • CE marking.

Technical characteristics:

• Setting time: 4 hours. • Strip adhesion: > 1,000 g. • Cracking: no cracking up to 5 mm thickness. • Density: 0.9 • A1 class reaction to fire. These characteristics are confirmed by the technical report. 

Storage:

9 months in original unopened package, protected from damp.
