Description:

Two-component, self-leveling epoxy floor coating with a pearl metallic effect based on high-quality epoxy resins, resistant to yellowing and free of solvents. Forms a jointless, smooth and glossy surface with a pearl metallic effect and the ability to achieve structures with the appearance of marble, stone or ceramic. After hardening, the coating has high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts and chemical effects, as well as a waterproof and antibacterial structure, facilitating maintenance. Suitable for projects that require a combination of decorative appearance and high operational requirements.ls, garages and other interior spaces. It can be applied to all concrete, ceramic, marble, mosaic and steel surfaces.

CONSUMPTION RATE:
First layer: Epoxy primer 0.3 - 0.4 kg/m2 per layer.
Second layer: Quartz sand broadcast 1.0-1.5 kg/m2.
Third layer: Intermediate epoxy floor coating 0.5-0.6 kg/m2 per layer.
Finishing layer: Epoxy resin for floor with pearl metallic effect 1.2-2.0 kg/m2 per layer.
Total consumption: 3.0 - 4.5 kg/m2

DRYING:
Open time for work at +20ºC

Temperature range during application: between +5°C and +45°C.
Coating thickness per coat: 1.0 mm wet film
Coating thickness per coat: 1.1 mm dry film
Drying time at +15°C: touch dry: 120-160 min. / gains hardness after: 5-6 h. / interval between coats: 3.5 h.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Two-component, self-leveling epoxy floor coating with a pearl metallic effect based on high-quality epoxy resins, resistant to yellowing and free of solvents. Forms a jointless, smooth and glossy surface with a pearl metallic effect and the ability to achieve structures with the appearance of marble, stone or ceramics. After hardening, the coating has high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to abrasion, impacts and chemical effects, as well as a waterproof and antibacterial structure, facilitating maintenance. Suitable for projects that require a combination of decorative appearance and high operational requirements.

AREA OF APPLICATION:
Used in shops, business buildings, showrooms, offices, lobbies, homes, laboratories, corridors, schools, garages and other interior spaces. Can be applied to any concrete, ceramic, marble, mosaic and steel surfaces.

METHOD OF USE:
1. Priming: On a prepared and cleaned base, apply 2K epoxy primer REAL RESIN 360 (0.3-0.4 kg/sq m).
2. Sifting with quartz sand: While the primer is fresh, the surface is evenly sprinkled with quartz sand to improve adhesion and increase mechanical resistance. After hardening, the unadhered sand particles are removed from the surface by cleaning.
3. Intermediate layer: Apply REAL MC 500 (0.5-0.6 kg/sq m) and leave to dry. Color of the intermediate floor covering must match the color of the epoxy resin.
4. Finishing layer: Apply the epoxy floor coating REAL 800 METALLIC/PEARL (1.6-2.0 kg/sq m) evenly until the desired decorative effect is achieved. At lower temperatures, careful treatment with a gas burner is recommended to remove air bubbles.
5. Curing: The coating is allowed to harden completely according to the manufacturer's instructions, and during this period it is protected from moisture, dust and mechanical stress. Commissioning is allowed after complete hardening.
