APPLICATION METHOD
First, apply (0.6-0.9 kg/sq.m) 2K epoxy primer RESIN 360 with a roller. Before applying the primer, its components are mixed well separately, then mixed and stirred until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. To the resulting mixture of components A and B, add 3 kg of quartz sand with a grain size of (0.5-0.6 mm). After applying the primer, while it is still wet, a (0.3 kg/sq.m) fiberglass roll is laid on top for greater strength. Then (2 kg/sq.m) quartz sand with a grain size of (0.8-1.3 mm) is sprinkled on the laid fiberglass roll. After drying and hardening, apply (5.5 kg/m2) of 3K epoxy terrazzo floor mosaic SLF 420 with a trowel or squeegee. Add (13 kg/m2) of colored fractions with a grain size of (0.8-1.3 mm) to the terrazzo floor mosaic. You can add (13 kg/m2) of stone fractions only or combine (7 kg/m2) of glass fractions with (6 kg/m2) of stone fractions. The mixing ratio of the glass and stone fractions can be determined at the customer's request, for example 60/40%, 50/50%, 70/30% or others. After complete drying and hardening, the surface is sanded gradually with a floor sander with a diamond tip (grit P30-P60-P90-P120), from coarse to fine sanding, to reveal the terrazzo structure and make the surface ready for use.

APPLICATION OF A PROTECTIVE LAYER OF VARNISH
After the surface has been cleaned of dust and any dirt caused by sanding, a thin layer (0.2 kg/m2) of 2K polyurethane varnish Real PU 125 is applied.

This treatment reduces the absorption of the surface, increases the stain resistance, ensures a more homogeneous appearance during the final polishing stage, improves UV resistance and color stability. After applying the varnish, the recommended curing time must be waited, after which the final sanding and polishing can be carried out.

DRYING AND CURLING TIME
Ready for foot traffic after: 48 hours
Ready for heavy traffic after: 72 hours
The times specified are valid at an ambient temperature of +20°C. At lower temperatures, the curing time may be extended.

Applied in shopping malls, airports, hotels, hospitals, universities and business buildings where high wear resistance, durability and aesthetic appearance of the flooring are required.
