Hand plaster

product_code:

Description:

Gypsum plaster for laying on aerated concrete, exposed concrete, aero-concrete, brick and ceiling surfaces. Because of its chemical composition, the product does not develop bacteria, mold or mildew. Due to the water content the product is non-flammable and non-inflammable. Its small fraction allows for even absorption. It has low thermal conductivity. Balances the moisture level in the room, providing "breathing" of the material. The long processing time of the plaster allows optimization of the labor process and lower labor costs.

Application conditions:

The temperature in the application room should be at least + 5 ° C. The surface must be clean of dust, greasy stains, etc. If the surface is dry and warm before applying plaster, the surface must be moistened. Plasterboard must be applied to the locations that connect the different materials. Control the smoothness of the surface to be treated! Smooth surfaces should be shredded before applying the plaster or pretreat with a material that makes it easier to adhere the surface to the surface. Concrete surfaces must be treated with a concrete primer "Betonkontakt".

Application:

Pour water according to the amount of finished product you want to get (ratio: 10 kg of plaster with perlite to 6 l of water) and add a plaster with perlite content. Wait two minutes for the mixture to "ripen" and add more water. For better homogeneity (uniformly mixed material) a machine mixer should be used. After mixing, the mixture is ready for use. The resulting mixture should be used within 70 minutes. To control the flatness of the surface where the plaster will be applied, determine the thickness of the applied layer according to the flatness. Place guides in places according to the thickness of the plaster. The solution is applied with a trowel. The remains of the plaster are smooth. To achieve an ideal surface, the extra processing is done with metallic cycles 45 minutes later. The unevenness is smooth. Before painting, the surface is treated with Satin finishing plaster.
