Description:

Two-components grey undercoat to be applied by a spray gun. One of the components is produced on the basis of epoxy resins and special fillers. The other component (the hardener) is produced on the basis of aliphatic amines. Due to the use of high quality resins and special components, this type of undercoat is corrosion resistant and has very good isolating properties. To be used in renovation car repairs for undercoating new constructions. Recommended especially for intensively operated lorries and buses.  It can be used with or without grinding (wet on wet). It is a perfect undercoat guarantying durability and ideal appearance of the lacquer coat. External coat can be applied straight on this type of undercoat.

FEATURES

It is easy to apply, has a good coating on the surface. Well isolates the universal kit from the outer acrylic lacquer. This kind of primer hardens quickly, even when applied in thick layers. It has good roofing properties and is easy to apply. Good primer adhesion allows it to be used on a variety of surfaces.

MIXING RATIO

Acrylic primer EPOXIDE 3parts
Hardener 1 part
For dilution use thinner for acrylic products in the amount of 10%

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Apply two or three single wet layers leaving them for evaporation for 5-10 minutes after each application. Evaporation time depends on temperature and thickness of the layer. 10 minutes after the application of the last layer the coat can be cured in higher temperature.

DRYING TIME

Processing can begin after 24 hours of drying at 20 ° C or after 1 hour of drying at 60 ° C.
