Description:

Orgalok MA 48 is a  formulated synthetic emulsion.

APPLICATIONS:

Orgalok MA 48 can be used in lamination of HPL and finger jointing of wood to wood.
 
Coverage   : 100-180 g/m²
Press time  : > 15 minutes at 20°C, 150 g/m²
                     > 5 minutes at 80°C, 130 g/m²   
Open time  : < 7 minutes at 20°C, 150 g/m²
 
Moisture content of wood: 8-12 %, higher moisture content demands higher press time,
Temperature of material and surrounding : 20-25°C, lower temperature demands longer press time.
Temperature below 5°C damage adhesive.  Contact with iron, such as containers, shall be avoided as this may course dark glue lines. 

PRODUCT HANDLING - STORAGE - SHELFLIFE:

To ensure safe storage of this emulsion, containers should be well sealed to prevent the water evaporation and skin forming. The emulsion must be stored between 5-25°C for a maximum of 6 months from production date.
Rotate stock using oldest material first. Do not mix with other adhesives. Protect from freezing.
