Description:

ZINC PHOSPHATE CONTENT 5-10%
Special modified alkyd resin based, fast drying, high ratio zinc-phosphate-containing anticorrosive primer/paint.

Properties: Moderately high corrosive environments, steel construction and machinery equipment. Used as a fast-drying primer for protection against rust. Alkyd and vinyl resin based paints can be applied as top coat. Suitable for finishing painting. Covers the specifications according to the requirements of C3 and C4, according to ISO12944.

Application Method: Be made on new steel abrasive blasting to minimum Sa 2. Oil and grease with suitable detergent. Salt and other contaminants by (high pressure) fresh water cleaning. All rust and loose material by abrasive blasting or power tool cleaned preferably in layers. Paint application should be done professionally. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation during application and drying. And area of use for a different thicknesses depending on purpose. This will alter spreading rate and waiting time to affect drying time between coats. Are made up of two layers. 5% in airless spray, air spray application of 10% brush-roll in a 5% diluted with a thinner.

Coverage: 1 kg with 13-15 m2 surface can be painted. (30 micron thick)

Drying Time: (25 oC) Touch dry within 15-20 min. and Hard dry after 3-4 hours
