Mixing ratio

Polyester resin: 100 parts
Hardener: 2.5 parts
Caution: Do not return the product mixed with the hardener back to the packaging

Directions for use

Before applying the resin, the surface must be cleaned, rust removed and degreased. Prepare enough of the product to cover about 2 cm above the surface that is damaged. Stir the components carefully according to the mixing ratio. During operation, the temperature should not be lower than 15˚C. Apply the prepared resin to the surface using a brush, press and spread the resin. Lay the net - glass fiber, press until it is wet with resin. After curing the first layer (8-10 minutes), a second layer can be laid. Each layer of the net - a fiberglass - must be soaked with resin. After applying the last layer, wait about 50 minutes and start the surface treatment.
Caution: Do not apply at temperatures below 10 ° C.

Color: yellow
Cleaning of instruments: nitro diluent.

Drying time

About 50 minutes at 20 ° C. The drying time can be shortened if a temperature of 60 ° C is maintained for about 15 minutes.
