SURFACES OF APPLICATION

Inside thick, white cement putty for manual application on pre-primed BK-primer old plasters and concrete surfaces. Due to the possibility of applying thicker layers, this mixture is very suitable for smoothing rough walls that have already been treated with lime, lime and gypsum lime plasters, as well as concrete walls and gypsum boards. The total thickness is up to 6 mm.

APPLICATION

The surface on which the primer is to be applied must be solid, clean and dry, free of greasy stains, etc. The following surfaces are suitable: lime-cement and gypsum-cement plaster (at least one month), concrete surfaces (at least one month), fibro-cement and gypsum boards as well as surfaces coated with insoluble dispersion paints that have been deposited. The base must be cleaned of the powder before application. When there is dust the surface should be treated with BK-Podloga. If the surfaces are highly hygroscopic, they must be impregnated using BK-Podloga or BK-Nivelator.

TREATMENT TIME

The second layer is applied after the first one is completely dry, which after 6-8 hours under normal conditions (T = + 23-25 ​​° C, relative humidity of the air = 50-60%).

DILUTING

The mixture is prepared by slowly adding the powdered product and approximately 36% water (approximately 9 liters of water per 25 kg of ground coat or about 1.9 liters of water per 5 kg of putty) with constant stirring with an electric stirrer until the mixture is uniformly moistened and homogenized . Then leave for 10 minutes and re-mix and, if necessary, add some water to obtain the proper consistency.
