Application Information
Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean and dust free; remove all dirt (dust, wax etc.) and sand with 180 grit sandpaper. The problem of fluctuation can be seen on uncalibrated wood surfaces so it should be calibrated wood surfaces. Appearance and adhesion problems can be due to the quality of MDF so before the application, MDF surfaces should be checked.

Before usage, stir well and check homogeneity.
Application
Apply 2-3 coats and according to the weather conditions, wait min. 45 minutes, max. 60 minutes between each coat.
Between coats must be sanded the with 220 paper grit. Before the topcoat application, surfaces are preferably sanded with 280-360-400 grit paper respectively.
The application must be made in cross-layers.
After the primer application, wait at least 24-48 hours at 200C and then polyurethane or cellulosic top coats can be applied.
Especially glossy top coat application should not be applied before 36 hours.
Alternative Thinner and Hardener
Thinner – TN200: For application in winter.

Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat.
Close all containers after use.
