Description:

BL193.77 is a barrier varnish developed to overcome all issues
typically associated to pigmented painting systems applied on MDF.

RECOMMENDED USES

It is recommended that all MDF operations be used prior to primer
application procedures. It is especially recommended to use it in the
applications mentioned below.
1. MDF fenders
2. CNC machined MDFs
3. MDF profiles
4. Low density MDF

SURFACE PREPARATION

Before application surface should be sanded with 180-220 grit sand
paper. Surface must be clean and dust free; remove all dirt (dust,wax etc.)

APPLICATION

MDF Barrier, BL193.77 is applied 1 coat. Wait minimum 30 minutes
for overcoating. It can be overcoated with PE or PU basecoats

STORAGE & TRANSPORTATION

Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat.
Close all containers after use.
Shelf life is 1 year if stored under specified conditions.
