Description:

VP500.00 is a polyurethane based, two component, high
gloss topcoat varnish.

It is used for furniture and decoration works for interior use,
to provide protection and decorative appearance on all kinds
of wooden surfaces such as massive and veneer.

SURFACE PREPARATION

To be applied on previously sanded surfaces which are precoated with
Genç Polyurethane Sanding Sealers, Genç UV or Genç Polyester
Sanding Selaer. Surface must be clean and dust free; remove all dirt
(dust, wax etc.).

Before use, it should be homogenized by mixing well in its packaging.

* When the specified mixing ratios are obeyed, the application viscosity is
13-16" .

ALTERNATIVE HARDENERS & THINNERS

Thinner - TA500: Preferable in summer.
PU Retarder - TP541: It can be preferred in summer to prevent pin
holes.

APPLICATION

To be applied two coats. 15 to 30 minutes are recommended between
coats. Genç Polyurethane Gloss Varnish can be used with the Gençmix
color adapter (ZD900) if it requires light tinting.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat.
Close all containers after use.
Shelf life is 2 years if stored under specified conditions.
