SURFACE PREPARATION

To be applied on previously sanded with 220-400 surfaces which are
precoated with Genc Polyurethane Sanding Sealers, Genç UV or Genç
Polyester Sanding Selaer. Surface must be clean and dust free; remove
all dirt (dust, wax etc.).

Before usage, stir well and check homogeneity.
* When the specified mixing ratios are obeyed, the application viscosity is 13-16" (DIN4,20 oC).

ALTERNATIVE HARDENERS

HP128 (50%): Can be used to increase wetting and surface hardness.
Compared to HP600, the gloss level will be 2-3 gloss higher. Faster
drying will occur. High film thickness will form.

APPLICATION

Can be applied 1 or 2 coats. If two coats are to be applied, the first
coat should be applied in the range of 50-80 g / m and the second
coat should be applied in the range of 100 - 120 g / m . Between
coats 10-15 minutes should be waited.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat.
Close all containers after use.
Shelf life is 2 years if stored under specified conditions.
