FEATURES

Great color identity with hot-dip galvanized surfaces. Adheres to almost all metals. Paintable without primer.Fast drying (Dust-dry after about 15 minutes Touch-dry after about 60 minutes). High opacity, therefore economical. Good electrical conductivity, and therefore suitable also as a spot welding color. Suitable substrates include steel, cast iron, aluminum, zinc and many more. Heat resistant up to 300°C. This may involve the light color-change, but this does not affect the stability.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

The surface must be dry, oil and grease free, as well as free of dust, without adhesions and rust. An optimal pretreatment of the substrate is sandblasting. Optimal working conditions are at room temperature (20° C). Shake it for about 2 minutes after the intensive audible rattling of the mixing balls. According to our experience, provides a layer thickness of 60-80 um more than adequate for optimum corrosion protection. After 320 hours salt spray test at 60-80 um dry film showed no infiltration.Cynk-Alu-Spray spray with a distance of 20-25 cm - the cloister on the substrate to be coated. In order to achieve the above-mentioned film thickness, two layers need to be applied. When the first layer of paint is absolutely dry, the second layer can be applied.

DRYING TIME

Touch dry: 60 min.
Completely dry: 24 h

STORAGE

To be stored in dry and cool place between the -5°C to +30°C, away from the sources of light and heat. Avoid sun exposure. Storage time of the product in the original, unopened package is at least 24 months.
