Deep-penetrating coating designed to provide uniformity and neutralization of unevenly absorbent surfaces such as aerated concrete, brick, porous stone, etc. It is used as a primer for highly absorbent surfaces prior to rendering with lime-cement and gypsum-lime mortars, in order to prevent uneven drying and cracking of the render, as well as before leveling with skim coat. The dried coating is colorless and has no negative effect on the vapor permeability of the system.

The substrate to which the coating is applied must be solid, dry and dust-free. The BK-Nivelator is prepared by diluting it with water in a ratio of 1: 6 up to 1: 10, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. The coating is applied with a roller, brush or sprayer. In the case of highly absorbent surfaces, double application is recommended according to the wet-to-wet principle. The air and substrate temperatures during installation should be in the range from +5 ºC to +30 ºC. Do not work under direct sunlight, rain or strong wind.

Up to 18 months in original sealed packing. Store at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
