It is a water-based, one-component primer, used for MDF surfacesin interior paint applications.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface must be clean and dust free; remove all dirt (dust, wax etc.) Water borne products are tend to raise the fiber of the woods. To minimize fibers, substrate has to be sanded with 220- 240 grit sandpaper

APPLICATION

If necessary it can be thinned with water regarding the application equipment but, in order to get the best result, it is suggested to choose the right application parameters (airless, air mix, nozzle size, pressure etc.) for proper atomization. The paint is dilute it with water by 10-12 %. It is recommended to apply 1-3 coats. 2 coat application is recommended. Wait 2-4 hours between the coats.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Close all containers after use. Storage temperature should be between 5°C to 35°C . Shelf life is 1 year if stored under specified conditions.
