Description:

Specially developed 1K primer for galvanized sheet metal. This primer has very good adhesion properties when priming on galvanized sheet metal. After which the primer is painted with any paint desired.

Application
The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry, free from rust and dust. The old bubbled paint residues on the surface should be cleaned, grounded and sanded to remove the level differences on the surface. It must be applied by spraying. Physical performance tests should be performed two days after application
Shelf life 1 year in unopened package

General use
It provides excellent adhesion and elasticity to galvanized and steel surfaces. Due to its anticorrosive properties, the primer can be used as a topcoat due to its brightness. All applications except polyester can be done on it.

Technicial Specifications
Density : 1,02-1,10 g/ml
Solid % by weight: 40-50 by volume: 35-45.
Viscosity : 90-100 KU.
Application viscosity : 18-22 sec (+20oC).
Thinning with nitrocellulose thinner: Airless application 50-60% / Application with paint gun up to 100%.
Glosser: 10 gloss.

Drying Time:
Dust dry at +20oC: 5-10 min.
Touch dry at +20oC: 20-30 min.
Fully dry at +20oC: 24 h / at +60oC: 30 min.
