Description:

Two-component, colorless epoxy primer for concrete, solvent-free. Used as a primer for epoxy polyurethane floor coatings and anti-slip surfaces. When priming cement screeds on reinforced concrete floor surfaces. On low and medium absorbent surfaces. The surface to be applied is carefully cleaned of dirt, such as oil and grease. Peeling old paint (on previously painted surfaces) is removed. Rust and irregularities on the surface are cleaned with a diamond-tipped machine, according to SA 2 ½ standards. When applying by spraying, a mask must be used. Especially in small and closed rooms, very good ventilation is required. Before using the REAL RESIN 360 primer, the components are mixed well separately. Then they are mixed with the hardener until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. To prevent condensation, the material is only applied to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. The temperature of the bonding component must be in the range +20 +35°C.
