1K black spray shagreen based on bitumen and waxes, designed for long-term anti-corrosion protection of chassis and other metal parts of cars. It is applied with a RANAL spray gun and forms an elastic, dense coating with excellent noise insulation properties and high resistance to mechanical damage caused by small stones and gravel. The dried layer has excellent adhesion to various surfaces such as steel, aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel, plastics, polyester laminates, polyester putties, two-component acrylic fillers and epoxy primers, as well as to old paints, including thermoplastic ones. The coating is resistant to weathering and temperatures from -25°C to +80°C, providing reliable and long-lasting protection.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The surface to be applied/covered must be clean, degreased, dry and free of dust and corrosion. Shake the spray well before use! The shagreen is applied to the chassis of the car with a RANAL spray gun, equipped with a suitable nozzle, from a distance of about 30 cm. The working pressure should be 3-4 bar. The spray can also be applied with a brush; if it is necessary to apply thin layers, it is recommended that the previous layer dry before applying the next. Contaminated surfaces and tools are cleaned with thinners.
