Rust converter that stops corrosion by converting moisture in rust into carbon dioxide, hardens and seals the surface. Penetrates deep into thick layers of rust and provides reliable protection of zinc from corrosion. Creates a strong coating with excellent adhesion to iron, steel, aluminum and galvanized steel, suitable for subsequent protective layers, ensuring long-lasting protection of metal surfaces.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Before application, the surface must be cleaned of rust, oil, grease and other contaminants, and the underlying corrosion layer must be removed. Rust is removed by rough grinding. The product can be applied with a brush, pneumatic spray gun or HVLP. Ensure sufficient air supply and effective ventilation. The working temperature must be at least +10°C and the relative humidity must not exceed 80%, as the converter reacts with moisture. After use, close the packaging immediately. The hardened layer can be covered with a 1K or 2K primer or putty.

DRYING TIME

Interval between coats: 5-8 min. Before drying in paint booth: 10-15 min.
Dust dry: 10-15 min. at +20°C
Next coating (e.g. primer, paint): 30-60 min.
