Application Surfaces

Pasty mixture of acrylic base used for machine and manual leveling of inner walls with thin layers with a total width <3 mm. This type of plaster is particularly good when it comes to preparing the surface when painting with quality dispersion paints and when the surface is painted in deep tones because it is not an aggressive base for pigments. Plastered surfaces are characterized by exquisite whiteness after drying. It can be used as a finishing coat with mineral-based coatings.

Application

The base on which the mixture is applied must be solid, clean and dry, free of greasy stains, etc. The following surfaces are suitable: cement-lime and gypsum-lime plasters (at least one month) - unproblematic concrete surfaces (at least one month), surfaces matted with mineral plasters, fibre-cement and gypsum boards, insoluble dispersion paints that have dried out. The base must be pre-covered with BK-Podloga so that the mixture of plaster is firmly attached to the surface. If the surface is extremely absorbent, impregnation can be done using BK-Nivelator.
When smoothing the surfaces in question, which were previously treated with oil paints, varnishes, etc., it is necessary to completely remove all existing layers.

Drying time

The second layer is applied after the first layer is completely dry. Under normal conditions (T = + 23-25 ​​° C, relative humidity = 50-60%), this takes about 6 hours.

Dilution

If there is a need to regulate the consistency of the mixture being used, up to 1% of water can be added.
