Description:

P-Acryl/C2 UHS is a two-component, colorless, scratch-resistant acrylic varnish with a high degree of gloss and solids content, weather resistance, high degree of scratch and fuel resistance. It is suitable for versatile use and can be applied to cars, trucks, yachts/boats, wood, ceramics, galvanized sheet metal, steel and aluminum surfaces. It has excellent adhesion. With a single coat application, it provides 60 microns of dry film. When applying more than one coat, it is necessary to wait at least 30 minutes at 23 °C between the individual coats. It can dry both at air temperatures of +20 °C and at higher temperatures with accelerated drying by using methods to shorten the drying time such as: ovens, hot air, etc.
It is applied as a transparent top coat of varnish on base paints. Suitable for cars, trucks and yachts.

  • Technical Specifications

    It is applied as a transparent top coat on base paints. Suitable for cars, trucks and yachts.
    Before use, the acrylic varnish is mixed with the UHS hardener, the mixing ratio is 2 to 1 - 2: 2K Acrylic UHS Varnish P-Acryl/C2 / 1: P UHS Hardener. If necessary, 8-12% of Polaron T 8-18, 18-25 or 25-35 thinners can be added depending on weather conditions. It should be borne in mind that when applying many layers or when not enough time is left between applications, a matte appearance may form. When applying, use appropriate respiratory protection (it is recommended to use a full face mask for painters - 3M™ 6900).
