Betek Expert is a vinyl-acrylic, water-based, VOC compliant, decorative final coat interior paint which offers perfect color tones on applied surfaces with maximum coverage, whiteness, water carrying structure and unique smooth functional matte texture.
 
THINNING: Recommended to be applied in minimum two coats on primer, according to the condition of the application surface and the color to be used, after thinning by maximum 25-30% by volume with clean water in brush and roller applications.
 
DRYING TIME: (@ 20°C, 65% RH)           : Touch dry: 30-60 minutes Resting period between coats: 4-6 hours Final Dry: 24 hours (drying time may increase at higher relative humidity and lower temperature).
CONSUMPTION: Depending on the type, absorbency and structure of the application surface, 14-18 m2 area can be painted in a single coat with 1 liter. Do a test run on a small area first to determine the precise consumption amount.

STORAGE: It can be stored in its unopened package for 3 years, in a cool and dry place, away from frost and direct sunlight. Close the lid air-tight immediately after application.

APPLICATION SURFACES: Functional matte textured Betek Expert is applied after priming on interior old-new painted/plastered ceilings-walls, plaster, paste, plasterboard, concrete board, OSB, glass textile surfaces.
 
APPLICATION: Clean the application surface from any dirt, dust, mold oil, loose layers, and ensure the application surface is stable, dry, clean and self-supporting. Observe the setting period (28 days) on concrete, brute concrete, new plastered surfaces, and clean the loose plaster particles with scraper or similar methods. Correct and repair the surface if required. The substrate to be painted is critical for ensuring a high paint performance. Sand previously painted surfaces (water-solvent based) using a fine-grained emery paper, and then prime. Use Betek Primer or Betek Lux Primer on these surfaces or new plastered interior surfaces that will be treated for the first time. Absorbing and high dust generating surfaces like lime and whitewash must be completely removed and cleared away. Apply two coats of top coat paint after applying one coat of BetekKapatan stain hiding paint and one coat of Betek Primer on very dirty surfaces in order to improve the covering strength of the paint. Betek Expert product must be applied in minimum 2 coats 24 hours after priming. Ensure that the ambient and surface temperatures are between +5°C and +30°C throughout the application and drying out period of the product. Apply to the entire wall from one corner to the other to ensure integrity on the surface.
