Description:

Single-component, polyurethane elastic protective varnish for concrete surfaces and stone carpets. It is used as an additional protective coating for painted and unpainted concrete surfaces, and also serves to protect natural stones. Before use, REAL 1K 200 is stirred well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. To prevent condensation, the product is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. The varnish temperature must be between +20 to +35°C. When using long spray hoses and varnish temperatures below +15°C, dilution may be necessary, which will result in a smaller layer thickness and a longer drying time. Application is carried out with a brush, roller or paint gun. When applying by spraying, a mask must be used. In closed rooms, it is necessary to ensure very good ventilation.
