Description:

• A high-quality, professional fast-drying alkyd anticorrosive primer based on zinc phosphate anticorrosive pigments, designed to provide long-lasting protection of steel and iron surfaces against rust and corrosion.
• Its formulation provides excellent adhesion to metal substrates, high hiding power and reliable barrier protection against corrosion. Suitable for steel structures, machinery, industrial equipment, doors, fences, tanks, metal components and other items used indoors or outdoors.
• The primer is suitable for use in protective coating systems designed for C2 and C3 corrosivity categories in accordance with ISO 12944, provided the substrate is properly prepared and a suitable coating system is applied.
• It can be used as an anticorrosive primer before applying alkyd paints or 3-in-1 alkyd paints, where service conditions permit. For outdoor applications requiring high UV resistance, weather resistance and long-term colour retention, a two-component (2K) polyurethane or acrylic topcoat is recommended.
