Description:

BS31 KEMİTAN ENAMEL is a two-component polyurethane topcoat developed for the metalworking industry. It is intended for metal surfaces where a gloss finish and a coating with high physical and chemical resistance are required. The paint can be tinted to colours from the RAL catalogue, allowing the colour to be selected for each project.
Apply the product by spray to a clean, dry surface free from oil, dust, moisture and other contaminants. The recommended dry film thickness is 35 ± 5 μm. The application temperature should be between 10°C and 40°C.
Before application, mix the paint with BB30Z040 hardener at a ratio of 5:1 by weight or 4:1 by volume. Then add 15–20% TB0031 thinner by weight to achieve the recommended spray viscosity. At 20°C, the mixed product must be used within 4 hours.
At a dry film thickness of 35 μm, the theoretical coverage is approximately 8.5 m²/kg. Actual consumption depends on surface roughness, the size and shape of the components, and spray losses. At 65% relative humidity, the coating is fully dry after 48 hours at 20°C or 30 minutes at 80°C.
